Our new SaaS platform delivers instant property underwriting, investor analytics, and a powerful marketplace engine to connect agents and buyers nationwide. As we expand our subscription-based platform, we're seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced sales professional to help us grow.

About the Role:
We’re hiring a remote SaaS Sales Executive to lead agent and investor adoption of our new ESO Pro Access platform. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing proptech company with proven traction, strong leadership, and a massive addressable market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive subscription sales of ESO’s SaaS products to real estate agents and investors

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound and inbound efforts

  • Learn and master the ESO product suite and effectively communicate its value

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a bonus)

  • Follow and improve daily workflows, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve performance, and identify new growth strategies

  • Represent ESO at industry events (optional but encouraged)

  • Help build and lead a team of future sales professionals as we scale

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of real estate experience (agent, brokerage, title, lending, etc.)

  • Bonus: Experience in real estate tech or proptech SaaS sales

  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability

  • Familiarity with CRMs – HubSpot proficiency is a major plus

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working remotely

  • Performance-oriented – thrives in an environment where goals and results matter

  • Comfortable being held to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and eventually take on leadership responsibilities
