✅ Negotiate and Close Deals – Present investment opportunities, structure win-win offers, and lead negotiations with buyers, agents, and partners.

🔹 Real Estate Sales Experience (2+ years) – Sales, acquisitions, brokerage, or investment-focused real estate experience.
🔹 Deal-Making Mentality – Strong contract negotiation, transaction management, and ability to structure deals that close.
🔹 Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Comfortable using CRM platforms, analytics tools, and multi-screen navigation while engaging clients.
🔹 Results-Oriented Sales Approach – You’re motivated by closing deals, earning commissions, and building long-term client relationships.
🔹 Investment Real Estate Knowledge – Understanding of real estate investment strategies, underwriting, and off-market deals is a huge plus!
